Did you know Yoga has incredible benefits for children? Yoga improves memory and increases a child’s ability to form social relationships. In addition to improving strength and breathing, yoga is proven to improve sleeping patterns, self awareness, determination, coping skills, mood and yoga reduces anxiety and stress.
